Terms & Conditions

By booking an event with Ghost Seekers Wales means that all attendee’s have agreed to and will abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

Events 

  1. No under 18’s permitted due to Health and Safety.

  2. Absolutely no alcohol or drug consumption.

  3. There is no smoking in any buildings. Please use any designate areas provided. However, these facilities are not always readily available at every location.

  4. No pregnant ladies permitted due to Health and Safety.

  5. Please alert us to any medical issues and / or illnesses prior to any event. This allows us to assess the person’s suitability and put suitable measures in place where possible.

  6. You will find all upcoming events on our Facebook page or website. Please fill in the booking form on our website to book an event. There is a non refundable deposit unless stated otherwise.  All balances must be paid in full by the date specified (usually 1 month before). Failure to do so will result in the person(s) losing their space(s). We use PayPal for safe and secure payments. We cannot and will not reserve any spaces. Spaces can be secure with a deposit. Confirmation emails are your proof of booking.

  7. Names are ticked off a list on the night. If your name does not appear on this list you will not be permitted to participate in the event.

  8. Ghost Seekers Wales promise to update all information on any social media platform and our website as and when necessary. However, it is the guest’s responsibility to check that all information is correct and up to date before attending an event with us. Failure to check that all information is accurate will not result in a refund. We do send all relevant information via email 1 week prior to the event. But please feel free to contact us with any queries you may have.

  9. Please take us and our events seriously. The rules are there for a reason so please abide by them.

  10. We cannot guarantee paranormal activity and this will not result in any person receiving a refund.

  11. We do not tolerate anyone faking activity.

  12. Please be respectful of any spirits we communicate with … they have feelings too!!

  13. All statements made by our team members is the sole opinion of the individual and not that of Ghost Seekers Wales. Please do not perceive it as factual. We all have our own beliefs and opinions and it is down to the individual to decide what they believe in.

  14. Guests must wear warm clothing and sensible footwear suitable to the weather conditions and environment. Temperatures can drop dramatically especially at night. Flooring and / or terrain is often uneven and can change unexpectedly at some locations. Guests must also bring a torch to safely aid movement within an unlit or darkened environment. Safety is paramount at all times.

  15. Guests are welcome to bring and use their own equipment.

  16. Guests are responsible for the safety of any personal belongings, vehicles or equipment. Ghost Seekers Wales are not liable for any loss or damages before, during or after an event.

  17. We do use recording equipment on our events. By attending any of our events guests accept that they may be captured in digital recordings, photos and / or videos. And by doing so, they agree to the use of these recordings, photos and / or videos being used on social media platforms and our website.

  18. There are no sleeping arrangements provided on any of our events unless stated otherwise. Any person(s) seeking accommodation must make their own arrangements.

  19. Transport is not provided, everyone must make their own way there and back.

  20. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed here and set out by Ghost Seekers Wales, guests further indemnify all members of the Ghost Seekers Wales team and those associated with them from and against all legal liability. Any costs, expenses and losses incurred, any claims and / or demands made, any damages and / or injuries caused, any actions and proceedings taken, arising from any participation at an event with Ghost Seekers Wales is the sole responsibility of each guest and not that of Ghost Seekers Wales.

Cancellations & Refunds

It is the guest’s responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that they can attend the event on the date specified. Locations do require payment in advance. We are still liable to pay these costs even when guests are unable to attend the event.

We require 14 days notice prior to an event for any cancellations made or the person risks losing full payment. A full refund may only be issued if the Ghost Seekers Wales Team fail to provide the services set out in these Terms & Conditions. Tickets cannot be sold on or transferred to third parties under any circumstances. Any unwanted spaces will be re-advertised by the Ghost Seekers Wales team.

We only cancel an event due to conditions beyond our control. We will inform guests immediately should this happen. Guests can transfer from one event to another if they require. However, any additional charges may apply. Travel expenses an accommodation is the guest’s responsibility. We will not be held liable for any expenses incurred.

Behaviour Policy

We do not tolerate bullying, racism or harassment of any kind. Please be respectful of others and their beliefs. Both guests and team members must act in a way that does not cause offence, injury or harm to anyone or damages to the environment and property.

All guests and team members must also abide by the rules and regulations set out by the venues we attend.
